511 4th Generation User Training
Description

You will learn how to enter reports into the new 511 system, which includes Road Conditions, Alerts, Planned Events, AMBER/Silver Alerts and other Floodgates, and getting familiar with the new functionality of the internal only, administrative interface.  Training will also cover how to enter driving condition updates via the new smartphone App for iPhone and Android for M&O personnel.

Target Audience

This class is for both new and current users from any agency currently entering reports into the 511 system.

Comments

12 laptops will be provided but we are allowing people to use their own laptops as well.  Training via the web will also be offered at a later date for those who cannot make it to the in-person classes.
