AASHTOWare is a unique and powerful enterprise software suite designed by transportation professionals for transportation professionals. This training will teach designers and project managers how to work with the AASHTOWare software to create a project and take it up to the bid letting process.
Each attendee will be given access to a laptop and a software manual for the hands-on training.Â By the end of the training, each user will have enough practice and experience in AASHTOWare to begin using the program on their own.

Training in AASHTOWare so that users will be able to accomplish everyday tasks in AASHTOWare effectively and efficiently, such as creating projects, develop an engineer's estimate, applying funding, adding proposals, and opening bids.
Applying funding to items on an Engineer's Estimate
Create a proposal with a single and multiple projects
There are multiple user roles within the AASHTOWare software and many attendees will not need to learn all of the AASHTOWare processes.Â The following is the anticipated schedule based on user role:
Project User (project data, engineer's estimate)
Funding User (project funding assign to established items)
Proposal User (create proposal from project(s) to ready for bid)
Transportation Designers and Project Managers that require training in AASHTOWare for future bid letting of projects.
LDAP account established with the Department and added to the AASHTOWare software with a user role.
